call ur bank if u paid with check or card and find out if u can stop payment or call the company and demand to speak to a customer service manager and tell them it didnt help , ur unsatisfied,over charged, and u want a refund.

The only way to get this process reversed and have the points refunded is to directly contact microsoft costumer services.
Unfortunately, it is very unlikely they will refund the points since all terms and conditions have to be agreed to when bank details are first put in.
