Yes this T.V. can be wall mounted.

Buy a T.V. mount with standard VESA mounting. all mounts will state the range of T.V.s they will fit. Do not buy one too large because parts of the frame will stick out past the T.V. looking unsightly. or too small It may not properly support the T.V.

The pipe size on the old one was 8 inch and you are putting in a 6? There are no issues with that. IF it was the other way then the pipe was 6 and the hood was 8, there would be an issue. Ductless systems vent the vapor back into the room and there is no benefit from it other than to reduce the steam. If there is a metal filter grid from scintillated metal then it will attempt to catch the grease vapor because it is a lower temp.

They may not be sold separately, but you can use any ballast you want as long as the ratings and wiring is the same and you have room to mount it without any interfernce.
