Depending what your cellular operator is use a phone that has the same operator as yours.phone customer servises, give them your cellular number and the can give you your puk number.
the PUK could be asked from your carrier, such as Vodafone, Hutchinson, etc... the handset will automatically ask for PUK code, if you have entered wrong PIN codes for three times
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
Read this, PUK code is unique series digit of number from your network provider to unlock lg neon from sim blocking caused by miss password configuration. Your phone will ask that puk code when you entering wrong password to unlock lg phone for many times.
call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur operation
In order of severity:
If your handset is asking you for a PIN, you will have a few attempts to get it right, before it locks up and asks you for a PUK code.
If your handset is asking for a PUK code, Call your telecommunications provider.
They will be able to issue you with one (don't try too many times, as you will render the phone inoperable)
If you have used up all of your attempts to get in at the PUK code stage, you will need to ask your telecommuncations provider, or the handset manafacturer for assistance.
They will probably ask for proof of purchase and may charge a fee.
If a handset has gotten to this point, the phone will probably be rendered useless.
Best of luck
It is a code you have to get from your phone provider... Yo more than likely dont know it, Call them, and give them your info, then ask for your PUK...
you need to call your service provider be it vodaphone, orange t-mobile etc... and tell them your problem, they will ask you for the imei number inside your phone and then they will give you a new puk number and tell you how to resolve your problem
you didnt completed your question what code it asks? is it pin code or security code or unlock code
1)if it is pin code means it is your sim card s code this will get blocked after three attempts then you must contact your network operator s customer care to ask the puk code and then if you enter puk code that s all it will work...
2)if it is security code or unlock code then you try the default codes 12345 & 0000 respectively... or if not insert howmuch ever possible zeros(0)...
if there is no improvement means you just ask the handset owner who has set the code... if it is not possible then take your cell to technician for flashing(means installing near software) technician will be using one special DKU series cable which connects the pc & while purchasing it they will provide one software which will be having the option like to reset the code, flashing etc.... so i suggest you to take your cell to technician
