The Simplest way is you should download and install the Nokia PC Suite and use the Internet Connection tab to connect to internet by connecting your phone. When u install the pc suite, it has all necessary drivers, it will automatically detect the modem and phone and it will also create the connection. U have to only choose the provider from the drop down list. (Ex. Reliance, Airtel, Aircel etc..)

You gave a detailed information of your issue. You have not done any mistake. The problem is with Aircel. With prepaid card you cannot browse from your PC. If you are using postpaid Aircel, you can browse from PC.
Suggestion: You can use Docomo, Airtel to browse from PC.
Hi, I am posting all the steps which I did to connect my Micromax Q5 phone with my PC for Aircel Internet.
In my Q5 phone: Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Data Conn. -> GPRS -> ADD -> Name: aircel net APN: aircelweb Username: Blank Password: Blank HTTP -> Authentication: Normal Proxy: No
Then I can use Internet through my Opera Mini & also throgh WAP homepage.
Now I have insert CD -> Installed -> ''Installed Driver.exe''
Its showing Driver Installed successfully.
Next I opened Phone suite -> then gone to Blue icon in the Phone suite folder -> Click on settings -> General -> select port -> COM 1 -> Create connection -> Create/modify ->
dear Sir, I have the mobile handset samsung GM S 3310. I am usuing Aircel Pocket internet in this phone. Surfing net is not a problem from the handset , but unable to connect it to my laptop. Before dial up, it gives :error 734 ..ppp links protocol terminated. Therefore I Can not connect pc to handset as the dial up connection is not established.
