How can I erase the Sandisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB menory stick? I deleted everything on there but it still says that I only have a few MB's left even after emptying the trash. I work on a Mac using OSX. I look forward to your help.

You can do it with either of the 2 options:
1.You could use "disk utility" (you found it in folder utilties inside the applications folder) to format the usb pen in the mac filesystem hfs+.

2.Plug in the USB drive. The disk should mount on its own. Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility). The flash drive should be listed on the left side of the window. Click on it. Click the Erase tab. Make sure FAT is selected as the format and click the Erase button.
