try this --switch the webcam off and connect it to a usb port on the pc
turn the web cam on and the pc will show a notice --searching for driver ---
it is a plug and play unit and by doing that the pc searches for installation and drivers
it should works automatically. If you go to my computer sometimes you'll find a WEBCAM icon: Double click to start your webcam.
In case that you dont have the drivers Go to this site : Choose Notebook/E/E627 to get your webcam drivers
if you dont have one already, you need to download a program from YAHOO, MSN, SKYPE, or any other video direct program that allows you to communicate using the webcam. if you need to know how to adjust and operate the webcam, see link below
i) i think u are supplied with a software(webcam software) or u must be having a built in software in ur system, try to install that software and u will be able to turn on the webcam.....
ii) if you dont have one u can even try webcam capture software on internet.............
