1.If you are downloading it through a CD, check that there is no

If my solution have no use, ask to other experts.

1. run bios and load optimized defaults
2. try with windows recovery console (download from net) , and type in in command prompt fixmbr - only for xp
3. load win 7 setup cd and click repair your computer , you will now the rest , it is user friendly - for win 7 or Vista

Verify the following:
Make sure you are downloading the correct driver from Lexmark's website, 32-bit or 64-bit. You can verify which you have by clicking the Windows Orb in the bottom-left corner -> right-click Computer -> click Properties.

After making sure you have the correct drivers:
You did not specify how your computer is connected to the printer so I'm going to assume you are using the most common connection media, a USB cable.
Turn the printer off and unplug the USB cable from the computer.
Install the drivers and do not plug the printer into the computer until the software asks you to or until the driver installation is completed 100%.

You can also see if Windows can get the drivers for you:
Plug the printer into the computer and turn the printer on.
Click the Windows Orb in the bottom-left corner -> Control Panel(or Control).
Open the Hardware/devices icon then look for something that mentioned "let windows download the drivers for me". (Sorry, I do not have Windows 7 in-front of me right now).

Error 2131 is an error that is encountered with iTunes trying to burn a cd or dvd.

The Fix:

Update your drivers. I suggest downloading Device Doctor, a safe freeware that scans your machine and will look for the latest driver updates of the computer's devices.

1. Click Download.
2. Click Save.
3. Go to My Documents > Downloads Folder.
4. Click Device Doctor's .exe file. Installation will start.
5. After the installation, the application will scan for driver updates. Just click download.

okay ive had my a345 since christams and all has been good until recently when i tryed to upload my pictures. the camera when plugged in will say "checking usb" then it will say "communication error" something will come up and say "choose program to upload photos" and there isnt a program is it because i set my computer back and dont have the cd? i download picasa but it still wont upload.help please.
