Ipod touch does NOT have a sim card slot nor will it ever have one. The iPod touch was not built as a phone so you'll have to go out and buy yourself a shiny new iPhone 4 or 3GS, whatever your preference.

How do i unlock my ipod touch

You don't need to Unlock your iPod Touch

Unlocking means that you can use the SIM-Card from every phone carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon...) which you don't need.

I cant put music on my ipod touch with windows media player

You cannot use the iPod touch with Windows Media Player, you can only use the iPod touch with iTunes. You need to download iTunes and when you install iTunes make sure it is set to automatically search your computer for music. iTunes will find all of your Windows Media Player songs, convert them for use on the iPod and then you can synchronize your iPod with the iTunes software.
