Error e354 code appear when you replace PCB controller board.
Please note. Before replace your old PCB board with other one.
Pull out a small (FRAM COUNTER) chip from your old PCB board you can found it right side of the PCB board near a battery cell the chip attached with screw open screw and pull it out and attached it with your new PCB board .install your PCB board in the machine and turn on power error e354 will go off.

Incorrect paper size while copy in progress for Canon iR2016 series.

Regarding pick-up error "change paper size"or "incorrect paper size" while copy/print:

These may do the trick:

Point of problem:
Paper Pick-Up Assembly
Problem:
Prevention of incorrect Paper Size Error or Pickup Assmbly Delay Jam (0104) upon Cassette Pick-up

Behaviour of copier:
When making a pick-up setting as from the Cassette and starting Copy, "incorrect paper size" error or pick-up delay
jam (0104) may occur.

Possible reason:
When considerable amount of Paper Lint is attached onto the Vertical Path Roller , the feeding power is
undermined and the paper feeding is delayed, resulting in "incorrect paper size" error or "pickup assembly delay"
jam.

Servicing work:
When the foregoing symptom occurs, be sure to replace the 27T/50T Gear [old type] with the 33T/50T Gear [new
type] and the 29T Gear with the new type simultaneously.

Canon iR2016

most times eoo1 can be reset in service mode if there is no damage to fixing unit. 1) Enter service mode.
Press the operation panel user mode key, 2 key, 8 key and user mode key in this order.
2) scroll to "clear" and press ok then scroll to "err" and press ok.

if that does not work you can go back into service mode as above and instead of scrolling to "err" scroll to "all" and press ok. power off then on. doing this will clear settings service techs might have made but i've done quite a few and had no probs
