Sharp AR-123E, H4 error code, printer not ready

There's a H4 error code flashing in my copier after doing 30 page photocopies. It's been about 3 weeks since the copier board was replaced with a used board from other unit.

Error h4
it is on you fusing unit of your copier, check the fuse maybe it is open already and need for replacement... H4 means that your heater lamp is not functioning
