Forgot my email id & password of one mail id

In order to recover your Yahoo password, you have to follow these easy steps:
1. Go to www.mail.yahoo.com
2. Click on this:

3. Select "I forgot my password"
4. On "My Yahoo! ID is" type your E-mail / id (without @yahoo.com)
5. Enter the code shown.
6. Here, you have to answer a couple of questions that you answered when you created your account.
7. After doing that, your password should be already reseted.

To change your password:

1. From the Yahoo! Home page, click on your user name in the upper right.(You will need to be signed in already)
2. From the drop down select Account Info
3. You will be asked to sign in again to enter your Account Info page.
4. Click Change your password
5. You will be taken to a page that will look like the one below.
   
   
6. Enter your current password.
7. Enter and confirm your new password.
8. Click Save. You will see a confirmation page when you have successfully changed your password.
9. Click Continue.

Your Yahoo! password always applies to your entire Yahoo! account. This means that it is valid not only for Yahoo! Mail but also for Yahoo!'s other personalized services like :

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten your username or password and even your security question/answer, you can no longer recover your email services. You just have to create a new one.

However, try to click the "forgot password" and then the reset password link might be sent to your secondary email address, if you register one.
