Need to order a replacement toilet seat for Model Jacuzzi Era toilet. We have looked at Lowe's and other home improvement stores and all the available elongated replacement toilet seats do not seem to be the exact color as the original toilet - Jacuzzi, Era model. Any suggestions?

first need to buy the longer oval seat so it sits correctly at the front most mounting screws are universal-- go buy thin rubber washers and trim and place between the hinge and bowl than tighten down this will stop slippage but the front if not correctly sitting on the bowl will still cause problems

Martin, Jacuzzi has a one year warranty on toilet seats so if you have defective seats and they were purchased less than a year it is covered you will have to find a dealer near you, I provided a link for you to accomplish this. How is the seat attached? There should be two plastic screws with a nut on the underside which can be tightened these tend to loosen and nee re-tightening every so often. I hope this has helped.
