you need to replace the motor and the motor control board,it comes in a kit,call your parts store give them the model number and the first two on the serial.common problem with the neptune,the wire harness that plugs into the motor is strait down,moisture runs down the harness and gets into the connectors,it's around 200 bucks for the kit
Thanks for using FixYa. Lr means locked rotor. This issue occurs due to locked rotors, you'll need to check the rotor wiring and windings. If the wiring is good and windings are not burnt then you'll need to replace your motor and motor control board. These are sold as one unit, it is a 3 phase motor and one of the phases is bad. A little power surge can damage the boards.

use normal cycle instead of clean just follow say instructions ..lr is code for remove clothes from tub for clean cycle problem even with no clothes they still show code ..it's a program problem that whirpool is aware of last i heard they were working on solution but instructing cust to just use normal cycle instead

you mean it doesnt spin , but does it goes thru the wash cycle?? if yes , then its not the main motor thats defective,it could be the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP ,COULD BE CLOGGED
