The date changes every second time the hour hand passes 12 O'clock.
Your watches' second pass is at midday instead of midnight, so to make it operate correctly, you need to wind it on 12 hours. The date will then change at midnight.
Not knowing the movement and how many functions it has your best bet would be to contact Invicta or a man named JIM SKELTON. Jim works for SHOP NBC Jim's a great guy he'll answer any and all questions you might have when it comes to Invicta Watches. Also the Invicta home page is your next bet. The Guy who runs Invicta is named "A"-"L" Well something like this forgot how to spell it.
Two great guys though! I have 5 Invicta myself. I know you'll get what you need from them,
There isn;t any downloadable manuals for Rolex watches, but operation of Rolex Day-Date is very simple: 1) when you unscrew the crown, it is in winding position, 2)
when you pull out the crown to the first click, it is in day and date
setting position (depending wich way you turn the crown). NOTE: to
adjust the day or date, previously you have to advance hands forward,
passing 12 o'clock (midnight) mark and stop advancing at 4.00 a.m.
using the crown in position as described in chapter 3. When done - push
the crown fully in, then pull out to the first click and only then
adjust the day or date. 3) when you pull the crown further out to the second click, it is in time setting position. To
find the daytime or night time on the watch: pull out crown to the
second click and advance watch hands forward till you pass the 12 mark
on dial. If the date changes as you pass it - it is the night time
(midnight). If the date do not change as you pass it - it is the
daytime (noon). After all settings being done, allways screw the crown back down as it protects the watch from water and moisture. Never use watch in sauna- it's not designed for that. Do not forget to rate, please.

I don't know if you still have the problem, but what you should do is te following:
* pull out the knob (2 times) and turn anti-clockwise to change the time * keep doing until it's 24.00 (midnight) and you day change's to the UK (!) day. * push back the knob (1 time) and change the day to the FRANCE (!) day by turning anti-clockwise * pull out the knob again and turn anti-clockwise to change the time until 03:00 (midnight) * you see the then change the day back to the UK day
So, every night at 00:00 the day changes to the FRANCE notation and at 03:00 it then changes to the UK notation, so you can enjoy this setting during the day.
