There are no web sites to get a radio code, there is only one place to get this code and that is the dealer, you already have the serail # so you dont have to remove radio to get it. all you need to do is go to the dealer with the cars registration and your id and that will give you the code right on the spot, i deal with the dealer on these problems, but will be up front i only get codes for customers in our shop due to not know if radio is stolen, the dealer will run serail # and cross with the vin to get a code to unlock radio, doesnt take long at all.some will try to charge you just ask for the manger, all they do is use the computer to get and takes them 2min to get it.
call any mercedes benz dealer and ask for a "VMI" for the radio code on your car. they will ask you to provide the vin of your vehicle. with that they can provide you with the radio code.
Use the numbered buttons on the radio to enter the code, then change the station to activate it.
On few of the old models, we have to pull the radio out, hook up a tool to the rear and play with the buttons and activate it.
