Yes, you can burn the files just like any other.
Things to take into account.
1) You'll need to burn them in a format your friend can view on a dvd player - normally MPEG1.
2) If its more than 700mhz in size after conversion its too big for a VCD you'll have to burn to
DVD (4.7 Ghz)
