We are unable to hear caller but they can hear us just fine.

Hi Jess, apparently it is because the cordless phone is transmitting on the same frequency as WIFI network (wireless broadband). I am having the same problem as you and thats what I have found out. Looks like we need to buy a DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Technology) phone. Problem solved, so they say. Paul
