Who do I contact to get replacement parts for a Amcor portable air conditioner. Model no. KF9000E.

    This is not the model I'm speaking of. For it's a Plasma Series and Model PLM14000EH, which is different than this.

I have an amcor portable ac KF9000E. and I have a piece that I think goes in the window but it have a long oval hole and the plastic pipe is round. Am I missing an adaptor? Do you have any and much please? Thanks

There was no way to hook the hose to the unit are we missing a part

    The hose "screws" into the round hole in the back of the unit...

    Every peice is still there and nothing is missing, but I can't find a way to change the mode of the portable air condition unto the heater which it is also. It will not allow the termperture to be set lower than 64 degrees, but allows it be set as high as 99 degrees. I ask how do you change a Amcor Plasma Series Portible air conditioner and heater to heat also?

Where can I buy the Amcor kf9000e power circuit board controller?
Hello there.
You really need to get the Power board Model number if you can read it off the board. Then try putting that number and the words 'power module' in to your search engine. Sometimes people carry spares by board numbers. alone.
From what I can tell , it looks like one of the only places to get parts for this are on Ebay.
How about Amcor themselves if you are in USA ? Worth a phone call.

I have 2 Amcor portable AC's and the plastic
I have found that getting parts from Amcor units is like looking for a needle in a haystack. However, other portable AC units, like Goldstar, LG, Comfort Aire, Kenmore and others, use the same type castor wheel.
