I'm unable to get the scanning and copy output on samsung series

This is a commercial quality machine that would need a dealer technician, but there are some things you can try.

Any Error Codes? They can all be Google and the website PrintCopyInfo lists them all.

Clear the Print Jobs, remove the wall plug for 5 minutes. Press and hold the Print button for 30 seconds. Plug back in. Make sure all the machine doors are closed and pull out and push back all the paper trays.

scanning from any device is simple you need three things 
   user name   bill    password    piguine    path            \\server\scans\shared folder
the scanner needs rights to write to  a folder on the network..  good luck

download special software from samsung web server and install ;)

You can solve this problem by entering TECH menu and then --> Data setup --> Clear all mem. And ypu will be ok :)

the lock is underneath the scanner where the printed paper gets delivered. when you reach in to get a printout you more than likley have pushed it into the lock position. Once you unlock that blue button by pulling towards you, switch off the printer and again switch on the printer.

I have Samsung SCX-4216 printer. Printing, Xerox & Fax working is OK, but scan facility is not working because i missed the original software. please give me  a solution for get the original software or scan drivers.

no it is not possible it will only share fax and print mode but not the scanner.
