There must be a more specific model number or machine type, look on the serial numbe tag either underneath or behind the machine.

This site: http://www.mastersewusa.com/ sells manuals for Janome's but I don't see any finesse models.

http://www.sew4less.com has a manual for a 234D and generic manuals for sewing machines and sergers. Not sure if 234D is the same machine.

My Janome Finesse 234 overlocker started to stop "looping" I cleaned, oiled & re threaded. It would start of fine but then the cotton on the needle would break or the loopers will stop stitching.
Two things make sure your threading it in the right order. your upper looper first then your lower looper then your needles. If your doing that then change your needles and if your using cheap thread on an overlock it just wont sew right. You need to use a good quality thread on overlocks. Hope that helps

Instruction Manual Janome Newhome 234

Even if you are unable to find a manual for your particular model, similar models usually thread the same or similarly. Just be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the machine so the thread will seat in the tension disks.
