I purchased Printmaster Greeting Cards Deluxe from a private party. It has 7CD-ROMS. However, when I tried to install, I found I have two CD3 and no CD2. Is there a way I can obtain the missing CD2 ?

You need to take it back to the place where you bought....explain the situation and get it replaced.... because there is no customer care support for that product according to my level of knowledge... anyhow if you find any customer care contact numbers or website/email address, please go ahead and send a mail to them....
or else no other way other than exchanging for a new cd for the repeated one or replacement of entire pack....

Oh my,, ok I 'll help u with this one,,, firstly I'd recommed you contact the 3rd party and get the cd 2 or the company and ask them tom send you one.. however download the cd 2 from here ]

How do I install Printmaster Premier 7.0 in Windows Vista?

Try installing PrintMaster Deluxe 7.0 on Vista, using the compatibility mode to windows 98.

download the uninstaller program for the internet. it will clear out all the system files of the previous version then try installing the new version. next time uninstall the program don't delete it.

Cannot instal new greeting card factory version . get error 1305

well this might be the issue because of the problem with the incompatible installer or if the OS is not up to date so try to update the OS and try to install it.

Cannot uninstall

I will think you are using a PC and not Mac. Here is a program jv16 PowerTools that yo can get from the net. I've used it for a few years and it can do wonders for the price. One of the areas allows it to remove programs from that aren't even listed on the "uninstall programs" part of Win OS. It can also do awesome repairs and cleanup of the registry. I've tried a few, but this dog will fetch.

Today I installed Hallmark Card Studio 2008 Deluxe which consists of 5 disc. I can get the calendar but am unable to get any cards. What do I have to do to get the cards displayed?

I took the Hallmark Card Studio discs back and went to Best Buy and got PrintMaster.The strange thing is that the Hallmark disc with the cards didn't take. It seemed that the 5th disc went in spurts instead of a steady whir. The events calendar is on the computer. In fact both of the icons are on the desktop. OfficeMax asked me to remove the program and start over. This I did with the same results. It just didn't open up. Now the PrintMaster FunHouse etc. came on but the cards won't open up. So I am using an old Hallmark disc with Greetings 2000 and that works good. I don't have any idea why it won't take. Someone suggested that the drive was defective but then why do some take and not others? Any ideas?
