If you have a card adapter place the card in your laptop or pc then just reformat the card this will help.

Try have the memory card formatted with a memory card reader attached to a pc or use another mobile phone that can also support the memory card. Otherwise, you can try restoring factory settings on your phone, but make a backup before and see if it removes the memory card password.

the same problem is happening here when i tried to format memory card it asks password and once i have connected to PC using PC suit software to format but i cldnt and after disconnecting a new folder ( whose f older name is very lonag including character number......) i think that is due to virus please help me out im using 5200
