i have this problem on my w595... i searched on internet and find some solution... changing batter,updating S/W. i did both of them but doesn't work. is it hard ware problem or not?!

This should be a hardware problem. Take it to the Sony Center.

better take it back to the store or do what they say call Sony. Only way to stop it
