This part is not available through any vacuum parts house / vacuum store. You would have to check your yellow pages to see if there is a local Electrolux dealer in your area. You might also try to find Electrolux on line and contact them that way.

any Aerus deler will have the plate go to aerusonline.com they have dealer listing in your area. Beware they will try to sell you a new one. Part should be around $10 you may want them to put that axle and spring and cover on it is hard to do. A hint though for a DYI the spring barb goes in a little square hole in the weel channel. Good luck .

I need a new power cord for the power nozzle on my Electrolux 2100 canister vacuum. The power nozzle has part number N115M written on the bottom. I have found the power cord for power nozzles PN6 and PN7...

You can buy the hose at an authorized Aerus Electrolux store. If near enough, they will deliver, if too far, they can ship it. The nearest dealer can be found using the below link. Just follow the instructions.
Just provide the model of the machine. They will know what hose you need.

Power nozzle model #n137b of the electrolux lux5000 just stops working periodically when vacumming, now barely works at all

Make sure the brush is clear of all thread, string, hair, and similar material that has gotten wrapped around it.
There could be a problem with one of the electrical connections from vacuum to power nozzle, including broken wire in the hose. Check all connections for cracks, discoloration, and looseness.
You may need to take the vacuum to the shop. If so, make sure you take it to an authorized Aerus Electrolux store. Service tech should be able to determine the problem quickly.
Just remember, it just needs fixed, you don't need a new vacuum, and tell them that.

Carpet attachment with beater brush not working

Resolution for Quick Connect Power Nozzle: If you're vacuum is 2001 prior, chances are one of the two contacts in the power nozzle elbow have let go.

The elbow can be disassembled by removing the two screw covers. You will need a flat head and small star. Also, you need to release the retaining clip on the back of the elbow. You will have to remove the elbow completely if it needs replacement. You will then have to remove the top cover of your power nozzle. That is easily done by removing all screws in the bottom base of your nozzle. Once you remove your cover you should see 2-4 screws holding in the elbow

When you remove the cover, you will see metal contact rings and two contacts. If one of them isn't contacting the ring your power nozzle will not turn on. You can try shaping it back into place but from experience the new revised elbow that does away with that kind of connectivity is a lot more effective. The new elbow runs about $40-$60. Between eBay and Aerus Electrolux Dealer.

Need a new electrolux power nozzle model N106m

If you're looking for a new head for your vacuum. Then you're going to have to replace it with the same type of nozzle.

However, wall inlets are standard so you can purchase any kind of attachment kit and it'll fit your inlets and work with your system. Their are many online retailers that offer a wide range of kits that will fit your system.
