There are clips that are holding it into place. Take a flathead screwdriver and put it in an area where the front bezel meets the back bezel. Twist the screwdriver around and it should loosen some of the clips, do this in a few places and then enough of the front bezel will be loose to where you can remove the front bezel to the screen.

Once you do that you can remove the screws from the left hand side and the right hand side. Then remove the cable from the back of the LCD and remove the plug from the inverter on the bottom of the screen.

You can now put the new screen in.

Hello, I was working with my sony vgn-ns110e for 5 hours and all of the sudden the laptop shutdown. It does not turn on anymore and there's no light either in the power, batt or hd.

    1. Take the battery out of the laptop & try to turn on the laptop using power adapter only. If the computer turns on, then the battery is defective & needs to be replaced.
    2. Make sure the power adapter is not defective. Test the output voltage of the power adapter using a voltmeter. Compare the voltmeter reading to the nominal value written on the adapter or the laptop.
    3. If you have another processor which is compatible with your laptop's model, try swapping processors & test to see if the laptop will work.
    4. The power button could be bad
    .
    5. The motherboard could be defective & needs to be replaced
