My Dell XPS 410 wouldn't turn on. I replaced the power supply, but still nothing. I really like it and would like to repair it if possible. The small light on the motherboard lights up, but that's the only sign of life.Thanks-

This issue happens when your computer is using or requiring a large amount of power source or the power supply is simply dying out already. You may want to update the BIOS. If the problem perists, replace power supply.
Ok to troubleshoot it, connect the PSU to the MotherBoard ONLY, test, you may find that with it connected to the MB only it doesn't work, remove RAM and check, if PSU still No Go then MB is faulty if OK, add devices, DVD, Hard Drive, one at a time untill you find one that stops the PSU, that is ya faulty bit. replace it.
