Form on handle bar has ripped can i repair it

can you open from the inside, its the only way you going to get to sort this, failing that you may need to get a new door card and rip the one off the door at the top corner near to the lock latch and split the plastic and pull the door pin inside to open then take the door card off. sometimes you can do it with out braking the door card but would not say it will not brake. inside there is a plastic clip that the handle go's on then another bar to the lock. this is designed to snap if some one trys to open the door with force.failing that the handle part can snap where the bar fits to it. that you would need to change the handle.

If just ripped the glue used to repair wetsuits. If badly damaged you could try the sports store for a tennis racquet tape and re wrap it.

Its hard to tighten it to how it was earlier. The company tightens it first and then forms the outer layer of the handle. You can't tighten it yourself without piercing those handle bars. If you want it to be how it was before, contact the company. Else do it yourself.

i have been told that bike shops sell replacement foam for bike handle bars, maybe this would be a suitable replacement as they do al different sizes. there are also sellers on ebay that sell relacement foam for pushchairs. i'm going to look at my bike shop first as i need some for a bugaboo cameleon!

try the suspension adjustment its primearily for weight distribution when takeing on a passenger in the back.

On Ebay, if you type in Bugaboo on the search field, there is an item called Stroll-air that covers the handle bar. I think it's made of neoprene (like wetsuits) or something that looks like it.
