It's quite a chore replacing the burners on Duncane grills. So, I have provided a link to the Owner's Manual for you grill. Burner removal is in the section entitled "Annual Maintenance" starting on Page 21. You may download & print the manual for future reference.
Replacing the burners on any Ducane Gas Grill is not an easy task. As the control panel has to be dismantled to accomplish it. With that in mind, I have included a link to the Owner's Manual. The section Annual Maintenance starting on page 21, will be a big help to yo in removing the old burners and installing the new ones.
Assuming the igniter to that burner is working properly, the best bet is that the burner is clogged an not getting gas. This will require removing the burner to clean it and the venturi valve (which is part of the burner), as it can become a haven for spiders.
Since removing the burners on a Ducane grill can be a bear to do. I have included a link to your Owner's Manual, in case you have misplaced yours, that you can download and print for future reference. Pay particular attention to the Annual Maintenance section. As it will walk you thru how to remove and clean the burners.
Perhaps, the reason you can't find the fuel conversion parts is that they are not convertible from one fuel type to another. Ducane/Weber makes both an LP model and a Natural Gas model of your grill, but no conversion kits. Because, as the Owners Manual states "Liquid propane gas is not natural gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in a liquid propane unit or liquid propane gas in a natural gas unit is dangerous and will void your warranty."
Duncane grills are the only ones I know of, that require the removal of the control panel, to remove the burner(s). Not sure what their R & D Department was thinking.
