I have a Maytag Neptune Front Load Washer. It spins the water out of my clothes good, but when the Washer stops and I take my clothes out, when I spin the inside by hand I can hear water between the drum and the machine. Why does it not take this water out? Probably why these is an odor, mold, mildew problem.

Water sound when spinning by hand totally normal, they use water as a counter balance, built into tub assy. as far as the mod/midew odors a few things things can help, first make sure youre using an HE detergent(HE detergent specially formulated for front loading machines) odors can be attributed to excessive amounts of detergent not completely broken down during the cycles, leaving the door ajar between cycles will also promote better air flow through the unit. and lastly using this product. new to the market made just for the front loading washers .
