I can't find an imagemixer se3 manual.

I need to find a Pixela imagemixer se3 manual in order to work with my camcorder videos because the program is not intuitive to me. I received a Canon Vixia HF200 camcorder for Xmas and have installed all the accompanying software CDs, but the ''help'' buttons are not helpful (no search, just info on the version) and there is no manual on the CD that I can see to access.

When you are typing in the serial number, ignore the last two letters. Type only the digits.

How can I download the software for ImageMixer 3SE? I have misplaced the disc for this software and need it for my Cannon camera Vixia HFR100

You can download some software for the Vixia HF R100 here: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/camcorders/support-high-definition-camcorders/vixia-hf-r100 . However, ImageMixer 3 SE is third-party software that is only available on the driver disc that came with the camera. Some companies will send you a replacement disc for a small fee. You'll need to contact Canon support, https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/ , to ask if they have discs available.

ImageMixer 3 SE is available here: http://www.pixela.co.jp/oem/canon/e/imagemixer3_se_canon/ . However, this is only for updating the software on a computer that already has the program installed.

I hope this helps.

Unable to transfer videos from Canon FS300 to my pc or network drive

MOI is a computer file format used primarily to represent information. MOI files are associated with MOD or TOD files whose content they represent. The Pixela ImageMixer Video Editing Software should allow you to save your videos to your hard drive. But you may need to install the latest version of Quicktime Player (free) to view the the .mov files as an alternative to the ImageMixer program's viewer. I installed the Pixela Imagemixer and hooked the hadycam to the computer. Everything is fine accept the sound. How can I get the audio problem solved?

The currently bundled PIXELA software does not default to the correct audio settings. In the ImageMixer [Tool settings], confirm the USB Capture Device settings are set for an available [USB Audio Device]. This setting is not defaulted to the USB streaming mode.

The available USB audio device may be displayed as Sony Digital Imaging Device or USB Audio Device. When these choices are available, the Sony Digital Imaging Device should be selected.

If you are having any installation questions or problems with the PIXELA software, please let me know.

Thanks for understanding.

Cam corder

I have the same camera and the original CD ROM. You need ImageMixer 1.7; it handles both USB and IEEE1394 (FireWire) transfers. The only place I've found to get it is from JVC

http://www.jvcservice.com/Service/JPartInq.asp?PgReq=DspDta&PrtNbr=LY32210-079A

or

http://tinyurl.com/3342lu

There is an ImageMixer 1.7 Upgrade available from www.imagemixer.com, and from

http://www.pixela-1.com/faq_jvc17/updates.htm

and they cost about $40 as well. Pretty steep.

I have no sound on my sony handycam

Sony got back to me with the answer, so I will post it here for future reference.
If there is no audio when USB streaming with PIXELA ImageMixer version 1.5 software on the Microsoft Windows XP operating system, change the USB capture device setting for sound to USB Audio Device. In the Image Mixer Tool settings, confirm the USB Capture Device settings are set for an available USB Audio Device. This setting is not defaulted to the USB streaming mode.

This would be the icon of an open end wrench in the top right hand corner of the capture environment screen.

Follow this procedure to change the USB capture device setting for sound in the Pixela ImageMixer 1.5 software.

1. In the ImageMixer window, click the USB Device Capture icon.

2. Click the Preferences icon.

3. In the Capturing/Recording Preferences window, in the USB Capture Device Setting section, click the down arrow to select the desired sound device.

4. Click the OK button.

For any request for processing or editing assistance you may visit the PIXELA help file. You may also contact them at the following website:
