Disconnect it from the amp and use a digital mutimeter and check the resistance, if it's a 4 ohm sub your reading should be close to that number, if the resistance number is below 1 ohm, your sub is probibly blown

I want to connect kenwood woofer sw-07 to pioneer amplifier vsx-d859tx. i am unable to connect please guide me.

Hello,

I don't recall correctly if your Pioneer has a sub out RCA connector, and if the Kenwood SW-07 has a low level input. So the usual way is to connect it using the speaker wires.
You connect either the FL or the FR to the sub and it should work.

Good luck

What is the impedance of the midrange speaker and the tweeter speaker in the Pioneer cs r5100 ? I have the crossovers and the woofers I use for my front channels (L&R)

If you are running three 8 ohm speakers in parallel then the total impedance would be 2.667. If running two 8 ohm and one 6 ohm speaker in parallel you would have 2.4 ohms. This will burn out your amp pretty quick. And very possible won't play at all. Though I have never attempted to play a home amp down that low in ohms. Guessing you may have an older model Denon type amp.

Power sub woofer is not working on my pioneer vsx-81txv everything is working all the speakers except the power sub connection at the back all i can hear is the hissing sound when i try to connect the sub...

Hissing? How loud? A sub isn't even capable of making high frequency sounds at normal volumes.

The Pioneer manual would tell you how to enable and test the subwoofer output.

Pioneer cs-g404

My experience with them is that they would work as they don't change much from model to model year. You may call the customer support and they will most likely help you
try CS @ 800-421-1404 or try the parts hotline to investigate

Sub woofer

Hello,
The subwoofer is totally independent from your Pioneer VSX-D412. You can check if it works like you did with a finger on the hot point of the RCA cable (not very good test, as you will hear noise and can't say if that means it works OK) or better connect a known receiver to the speaker connections in the sub and test to see if it’s working properly.
Regarding the receiver, you may not have enabled the VSX to output to the sub. Read the manual on how to check for that. Only Dolby Digital 5.1 signals will allow the sub out, in a receiver of this level. It normally will not let you use the sub in stereo mode. Some more complex units will allow you that, but I believe not this model.
Good luck
