Hello you can download the driver here:

Click on network and download the driver.
But you have to know who the manufacture of the modem is.
You maybe have to seach for it in the device manager.
When the driver is downloaded you have to unzip the file before you can install it.

If using Windows XP SP2, then download and install original driver from above website. If Using VISTA, download and install proper drivers from that site.

You have to register to be able to download it. It may not work on anything other that Win98
