it's an oil seal total of 3 possibly a 20x30x7,carfully pry the seal to see it's number you can get these seals from a store that sells bearings and shaft like miller bearing or go to pressure washer website and input the cat model #,hope this helped

Sounds like you may need to remove the valves to check for any dirt etc. Is the machine juddering when on pressure. If so then it will be the valves that just want removing and cleaning

Your unloader valve is not wotking, get a diagram of the pump from cat and it will show what parts you need to replace, or check for blockage in the valve.

hi some valves at cat pumps need a 100 psi pressure to open and close correct. when there is air in the pump the valves wil not open and close till air is bleeded. take of highpressure hose, open watertap and bleed pump till no more air comes out. reconnect all hoses and try again. if there is no more air in the pump and its still not working, i should think its the pump.

When you get down to it, purchacing oil end parts for a pressure washer is not cost effective.

The crank(cam) shaft runs about 280.00 dollars. The oil seals, new bearings, possibly new pistons and almost definatly new seals would be at least a hundred more. You can get a new pump for about 400 dollars and won't have to do all the work.

SAE 30 / 30 wt Non Detergent Oil from your local auto parts house.
