Virgin have scrambled all channels-even if you subscribe to them.<br />you need to get a new card for virgin vbox, but eurovox has no slots for cards so all channels except freeview are showing plz insert viewing card and hence no channels on eurovox max v....<br />
Smart card is a card that is inserted into the settop box(I believe thats what you are using) so that your subscription is activated and you will be able to watch channels. If the card is already inserted Turn off the set-top box gently pull out the card and re-insert it. If problem persists or you do not have a smart card kindly contact your cable operator so that he can provide you with the same.
In that case you should contact your cable operator for the card. You will get a smart card with a magnetic strip that you should insert into the set top box such that the magnetic strip is inside the slot and the logo is at the top just like your credit card. Once you do that you will be able to view the channels.
