    I just bought this type of hp but not satisfied bcoz unable to send & receive any mms....

    im using celcom 3g line also cannot and same goes to digi

    pls help!

    Every time I receive mms and tried to view them. I always got the same ans. " you can't view your mms. try to connet to menu-control panel-/ internet wizard-mms-account. I already try all the instruction but this won't work at all. Im using smart sim. Thank you. I will appreciate any help regarding my mms connection.kindly guide me in detail please.

You must first configure your mms, gprs setting on your phone by your network carrier, ask for configuration settings to the operator

What carrier do you use? You need to use your carrier's specific MMS configuration and put it into the phone's MMS account.

Main Menus-->Control Panel-->Messaging-->MMS Account

call the company who your sim card is with, and they will give you settings to setup MMS (and internet access if required).

it needs to be setup through them!

Hi,
I guess you are talking about Multimedia message (MMS) which can be used to send and receive pictures. MMS is a network operator secific features and so please call up your mobile service customer care and request them to activate MMS service to your mobile subscription. Then you need to receive and settings for MMS in your mobile phone. After that you can send and receive MMS. Contact your network operator for the cost of MMS.

GPRS Settings to send and receive MMS
hello,
normally when u get a phone, service providers setting by default you should be able to send received mms. how ever some cases it my be turned off by ur provider. call them make should they to have mms feature added in ur account and u should be able to send receive mms.
