Panasonic KX-TG6051M 5.8 GHz -Caller ID view problem

I have a panasonic KX-TG6051CM 5.8 phone with 3 handsets. After less than a year 2 of the 3 handsets developed the same problem, almost in the same time ( a couples of hours apart). The battery indicator shows low battery and is charging continuously even though the battery is fully charged ( when i swap the battery with my 3rd handset, the battery indicator shows fully charged and works fine ). The handsets were never dropped, never used in a moisture ladden environment ( like bathroom ) and when not in use they were kept in the charger. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.

I have the exact same phone and so far I have no such problem with the view CID option....I (personally) found that it is better not to over charge the phone (i.e. leave it on the charger base) until battery indicator show that battery has run out...Then the phone will not have that many problems. Or, take it back to Panasonic and have them fixed it for you? Sometimes lemon exists...I am just lucky as I have dropped my phone many times on the floor and it still works ok. Good luck to you all...
