I have a Duotherm rooftop unit for our RV. We turn the A/C on and it will run for about 10 minutes and it kicks the breaker. It doesn't seem to be pushing out the cool air like it should either when it is running those 10 minutes. We have cleaned the fan out and changed the breaker and it continues to do the same thing. Any Suggestions?

The ac roof unit should have its own designated 15 amp for most 11.000 btu  and 20 amp for the larger 13000-15000 btu units. whats not right is the 15 amp breaker you have should be only for ac. check the breaker to be sure someone did not double up other wires on this breaker. What is the main breaker 30 or 20 or 25. It seems when the 15 amp breaker dosent blow the 20 amp does. this would mean that the 20 is the main breaker which seems low for the main unless you or some else replaced ac to a 13000 btu ac when it was a 11000 before , and didnt change wiring from 20 amp and 30 amp main. make sure you are using a 30 amp thick rv cord . many people think they can run these on household orange 12 gage  100 foot cords. I use a welding cord converted for 110 volts. When I repaired rv ac it was always  a weak or soft darken copper cord. The tag on name plate should say what amp rating it runs at , but if it runs at 19 amps it is to close to to 20 amp rating of the breaker. you need at least 5 amps to adjust for hot days and lower voltage camp site demands.
