Instead of catching a fish in the fishing pond, you need to find a shallow area of water (there's one in the Zora caverns near the Zora shop) and stand in it. Then, assign the empty bottle to a C button, and press that C button to use it. When you are near a fish in the shallow water and use your bottle, the bottle will scoop up the fish. they sell algae killer for ponds and water nurseries and some pet stores that u measure a dose for pond size and add to water to clear up. if there are no fish and don't plan on having fish in pond add several gallons of bleach as cheap cure
