Problem is i cant adjust colour and size because of showing "LOCK

set the resolution from the monitor manually first before connecting because the tv and computer resolutions are different thats why the picture is going out of frame you will get the choice of resolutions in the display settings

try to adjust the resolution settings of your mac mini using other monitor.It works for me

can mean that the memory card is locked. take out the memory card and check for a lock slide at the sides of the card that you can adjust to a lock and unlock position, then test the card again.

This is the function that locks the OSD in order to keep the current states of

1. Lock : Hold down the menu button for more than five seconds to activate
the OSD adjustment lock function.

2. Unlock : Hold down the menu button for more than five seconds to
deactivate the OSD adjustment lock function.

Though the OSD adjustment lock function is activated, you can still
adjust the brightness and contrast, and adjust MagicBright ( )
using the Direct button.

Temporarily you can -- hold down, while monitor is on and the menu button for 10 seconds (source Samsung faq). This hould unlock the buttons.

I have the same problem. It seems like a virus to me, but my anti-virus doesn't find anything. I went to the main menu on the moniter and changed the display time to five seconds and locked the OSD display. Now all the appears is a smaller box showing a lock which goes out in five seconds. It is still annoying, but less intrusive then before. Hopefully, some one will determine a permanent fix for this problem.
