Flashing phones is not 100% safe to the phone. Who ever did it probably messed up and wiped some system files. Might wanna take it back, and have them fix it for you

The copper contacts connecting to the battery may be after getting jammed in. Use a paperclip to just pull out the contacts after removing the battery and this will help the contacts touch off the battery causing no re-boots.
