I have a john deere rx75 and having a problem with mower belt coming off and breaking help it never did this before

The belt most likely is ready to be replaced, the only other adjustment you could make is to adjust the tension arm and move it closer to the belt to add tension when the clutch is engaged.

First I would make sure you are getting the right size belt, you might want to try a belt a little bit smaller.

Then I would make sure the belt is following all the pullys correctly and securly.

My rx75 runs well but will not engage the deck is it electronic?

The mower deck is 100% manually controlled with the yellow control handle. The linkage may be out of adjustment a lot, especially if new belts are now broken in. When engaged, the blade drive belt should be quite taunt,but not like a banjo string. Adjustment is easy and can be found on the operators manual.
