My Nokia E65 has the headset Icon on although there is no headset connected. I can recieve calls although i cant hear anything nor can the caller. Please help!!!
I have tried everything resetting my phone turning it on and off. How do i fix this
Hi, i had a similiar issue i solved itby first master reste *#7370# PW 12345 after it finished took the battery out for 2minutes and then it was ok

Tried plugging the headset in then taking it out, but didn't work. then i tried the usb cable and when this was pulled out the phone was back to normal. give it a try...
Best thing to connect a headset and take it out, that will trigger the function that it will come back to handset.

Had the same problem with the BT250v 'connected' to my Nokia 6021. When connected to my notebook, the 250 did produce sound, so decided the Nokia was the problem. Fixed the problem by doing a full reboot of the phone like this:
Jabra: Turn off the 250
Phone: Delete the BT connection to the Jabra (in BT settings)
Phone: Switch off BT
Phone: Turned off the phone (I've even removed the battery)
Phone: Turned on the phone
Phone: Switch on BT
Jabra: Turn on the 250 for detection
Phone: Look for audio devices
Phone: Connect to Jabra
Problem fixed!

I never connected a headset to it, and don't think I even have one! I've turned the phone off and removed the battery and sim, but still no joy. The headset icon persists to be there! Help!
Initially when i couldn't hear anything when the handset was activated, i would switch the phone off and on again and i would then be able to hear the callers on the other side. Recently the handset is just dead and i have to activate the loundspeaker to hear the callers on the other side. Any assistance?

my nokia e 65 is locked in headset mode.. i tried connecting and removing head set and datacable...
neither of them helped me.the headset icon still exist in the monitor
nothing will fix it mate tryed absolutley everything usb cable hard reset firmware update even got to the point where i wanted to try short the enhancement dock

that headset thing just appeared from no where.
in the middle of the night it said enhancment not valid. then that stupid headset thing appeared and ruined my life.
i need to find a headset. and try what they said.

Headset calls cant be heard by other people though i can hear them. The problem occurs after a few seconds of an otherwise normal call i.e. Both parties can speak and hear normally
