My n73 says "memory full. delete some data." so i checked my phone memory. then there, it says my memory in use is 47mb. then my free memory is 162kb. 4kb in calendar, 8kb in contacts(but my contacts is empty) 25kb in messages(but my inbox is empty also and there's only 4 messages stored in my folders) 0kb in images, sound files, applications and video clips..then 117kb in documents. what should i do?

Press the following code and your problem will be solved

it will clean all your phone memory but not the original software
Goto menu messages option settings other ..
you can see memory in use..change it from phone memory to memory card
just format the phone using code *#7370# all the data will be cleared .
if the data is important to you, dont for get to take a backup before you format.

I had this exact same problem.
Turn the phone off. Take the battery out (completely remove it). Wait 10 seconds. Put the battery back, and boot up your phone.
The problem should now be gone .. thx .. :)
It might happen because there are apps that are open and not in use, close those open apps. or just restart your phone and kept pressing pen key upon startup.
reformat your phone also give a better solution.. by dialing *#7370# or *#7778# locked code will be prompted.
You could purchase an 512Mb, 1GB, 2GB, etc... "MMC" memory card and insert into the memory card slot on your Nokia N73, or delete photos, music, ring tones and/or video that you may have stored in your phones internal memory.
As for the the 162kb you want accounted for, it's not enough space for a lot of ring tones or a picture or two, so I wouldn't be concerned with that in comparison to the 47MB of memory being used. Note: 1 kilobyte (Kb) = 1 thousand bytes, 1 megabyte (MB) = 1 million bytes,
1 gigabyte (GB) = 1 billion bytes.

sometimes when you delete some data it won't delete permanently so it will stuck in the memory, also some application do same. So the best thing to do is to format your phone to empty the phone memory only.
Keep in mind all data on phone memory will be lost so you can take a backup to be able to restor it again some time later.
