Error Code E7

To fix the error you have to put the safety key in start it it and wait for it to say E7. Now press stop and incline( up) together and hold for 20 seconds. Your treadmill will start to incline up. Take out your safety key. You just restarted your treadmill and can now put the safety key back and your problem will be fixed.

9.9T was on incline8.started jumping unplugged it. Has E7 on screen. What do I need to do

Hello, sorry to say it sounds like you may have to get a replacement elevation motor. The error message "E7" corresponds to the elevation motor being "out of range" as the manufacturer puts it!

What I would do is plug it back in and turn it on again. DO NOT GET BACK ONTO IT. Run it for a while and try to get the elevation back down to 0. If the elevation motor will not move then you definately need a replacement.

Bottom line is that you might be able to continue using it without the motor, but only on zero elevation. To be on the safe side, get a new motor.
