My motorguide trolling motor keeps tripping the 50 amp in line breaker every time I turn it on high speed. It is a 75 lb thrust digital tour model. When I take it out of the water and run it on high...

All motors will draw higher amperage with varying loads. Your hi speed motor winding has probably shorted some its winding's without having gone to ground. It probably needs to be replaced to get your hi speed back. I have run into similar problems in heavy commercial hydronic pumps. Best to have mechanic check it out. An OHM test with factory specs. will tell for sure.

Input jack fell inside

Yes, the jack MAY actually be broken. It will need to be serviced. Run cables through the handle to avoid plugs from being yanked sideways and breaking the jacks.

I have a Motor Guide Brute 767, 67 lb thrust 24 volt trolling motor. It will only run at about half speed even with new batteries.

I believe you may have a bad low voltage circuit board problem. I do not think they make the board any longer but you may be able to convert it to work by bypassing the circuit board. I am working on one now.

Is there any way to modify in order to get more power/thrust out of a mk 30lb other than stock? or can you take a moto guide 80 lb., bow mount foot control, shaft and motor and combine it with transom...

Hey Chris,, you are starting a project (or wanting to) that is going to be problematic... It will be easier to go buy a new trolling motor with the money you are going to spend attempting this conversion... the newer trolling motors are so much more efficient...
