If your Samsung TV does has sound but no picture showing up on the TVs screen you will need to reset the TV then. By unplugging your TV and wait a about 60 seconds. While the TV is unplugged press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. After 60 seconds are plug your Samsung TV back in again after.
Sounds like it may need to be serviced due to component failure which unchecked will get worse, it may be also worth try to reset it back to factory settings in its setup menu this should clear any software issues it may have, but I think its more possible a faulty part or parts which comes down to cost and is it worth it sadly?
