Hi, please follow these steps to change your Facebook Language:
On your computer...
1. Logon to Facebook with your email and current password
2. At the top near the right corner, Click on the Gear icon next to the padlock
3. Click Account Settings
4. Under General Account Settings, Click Edit next to Language
From regional option, change stardard and formats to Arabic and from location change it to saudi arabia
Go to advanced, change the language to arabic
After these restart your computer to take effects.
If not working, you need to install arabic laguage support and repeat the procedure above to activate the arabic by pressing Alt plus shift key to change the writing from english to arabic or same to go back to english writing

looks like its running on IBM PC DOS. code page 708 - arabic. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc195061.aspx however if you are using windows, then you may need an arabic windows, just adding an arabic languge file wont help. IBM PC Dos doesnt have an arabic option. you can download the ibm surepos 100 4613 technical reference manual which is what i did for you. but it no help in that arabic is not an option. research using arabic with DOS. because your keyboard is basically a PC one working in DOS.
I did a google transliteration for LANGUAGE and got the result. Look for the corresponding word in the settings icon and change language to ENGLISH. Or if you can follow the icons it will be in this order; MENU>TOOLS>SETTINGS>GENERAL>PERSONALISATION>LANGUAGE(FIFTH AMONG THE DROP DOWN MENU)..Hope this helps...
