Press Y= (the key at the very top left, above the blue 2ND key). On the Y1= line, enter (-) 5 / ( 2 X ) - 2 if the function is "negative five over 2x minus 2" or (-) 5 / 2 X - 2 if the function is "negative five-halves x minus 2".
(The (-) is the key to the right of the decimal point.) Then press GRAPH (the very top right key) and the graph should appear. You can press WINDOW (just to the right of the Y=) and change the window settings if you wish.
