I am getting a message that says my backup battery is low and needs recharged or replaced. Where is the backup battery and how do you change it.

Well i have the same problkem and i found out that you have to buy your own external battery and connect to sync device.You could buy it at amazon .com

Normally its the problem with the Battery. Make sure that your purchased battery is good. After that check your adaptor. You are not mentioned about battery backup. If you are getting the backup pls reinstall the operating system. Again if it showing you need to replace motherboard...

Hi. Actually, on pocket pcs there's a backup battery onboard, but in your case maybe backup battery is dead. So you can have that changed or you can charge your PDA on regular basis. Hope this helps.
