I have a motorola razor V3r and I inserted my boost mobile I9 stature sim card and it says enter subsidy password. I just need the subsidy password so I can download music on my phone, and use my razor with the boost sim. Can u help?

Your mobile is 'network or operator' locked to T-Mobile: in order to use it on another network like Boost, you will need to get your handset unlocked: you will need to request this 'unlock code' (e.g. subsidy password) from T-Mobile but they may charge you a fee for this service especially if you are still under contract.
Alternatively, you can also get your handset unlock for a small fee by a third party mobile phone service shop or online specialized unlocker specialist - this may of course invalidated your warranty!

You are trying to use your AT&T phone on the Boost Network. Motorola has put a code to prevent you from using their investment (your phone) on another network. The term "subsidy" refers to the discount they gave you when you purchased the phone from them at a discount, or "subsidy". You can try to search CraigsList for a local person who has software to unlock your phone. Search CraigsList for "unlock motorola cell phone". They will charge you a fee of around $25 to $50.

You will need contact Telus to get the subsidy unlock code to use your phone on the boost mobile network.

If you dont get it from your service provider it's considered illegal and you could serve at least 2 years in prison.

it can not work at all, boost mobile uses IDEN which is different from GSM. even if you unlocked the phone it won't work , sorry
